Back in grade 7 one of our teacher require us to watch a anime that she choose because we don’t have any lesson to discuss that time and that anime is Hotarabi no mori e, very peculiar  love story of a human and spirit.

The love story of a girl named Hotaru Takegawa and the human like spirit that named Gin.

Gin is only a baby when his mother left him in the forest, forest spirit has mercy on the poor baby and cast a magic spell to let it live in the forest, the only catch is if a human touch Gin the spell will be destroyed and Gin will disappear.

 

They first met each other when Hotaru got lost in the forest and sees Gin, because of excitement of a child that got lost, she run into Gin and attempt to hug him but Gin beats Hotaru in the head with a small stick. He tell that if he touches a human he will be disappear, he help the child by letting her hold the other end of the stick.

 

Hotaru go back to the forest to thank Gin, despite of the case of Gin he entertains the child because he want to hear about the life outside the forest, hotaru spend her summer in the forest with his spirit friend.

Since hotaru live in the city, she only visited the province of her uncle every summer. She never misses a summer. After several years hotaru grow up and because Gin is spirit he age slower than a human, their age are getting closer. And gin also notice that through the years hotaru are starting to look woman.

Hotaru made an agreement that Gin will never touches Hotaru no matter what happens to her.

Hotaru thinks that someday she will be older than Gin. but gin tells hotaru that it’s ok is she forget him.

But still Hotaru doesn’t give up, they enjoy every day of summer, they went fishing and telling stories to each other.

It seems like Hotaru are being in love with Gin. And one day Gin asks Hotaru to go in the festival of the forest. They tie a scarf in their wrist in so that Hotaru will not get lost. They enjoy the festival. They watch play and laugh together.

 

But one tragedy happens a group of kids are playing at the same night when one of them accidentally tripped but Gin catches the kid, they don’t know that the kid was a human, not until gin is fading away and he says “come on Hotaru, I can finally touch you” and Hotaru hugs gin until his clothes is the only thing remaining on the ground.

 

The spirits thanked Hotaru because Gin want to touch human but Hotaru gave more than a touch, she  gave him love and hugged him for the last time.

 

 

I recommend you the reader to watch it and I swear that your time will never be wasted.

 

 

 

Last week while I’m doing my first blog, i get exhausted in thinking about my topic and switch tab in to Facebook to do some icebreaker, I saw one video and its caption was misheard lyric of chichi wo motomete. I watch it and get curios because of the nostalgic music, I search it in YouTube, and it’s appeared as the closing song of the anime Voltes V. The memories are refreshed in my mind while listening in this song, it’s a good and pleasant in my ears even I didn’t understand the lyrics because it’s Japanese.

The aliens are invading the earth with some sort of alien beast. The last line of defense of the mankind is the “Electromagnetic Machine Voltes V” the robot the composed of five vehicle they called “volt machine” each one of them has a weapon and driven by five different characters. The researcher that builds the Voltes V are been taken by the alien. His three sons become one of the pilot of the Voltes V in able to rescue him. That’s the plot of the Voltes V.

Voltes V is the first anime that I watched back in 2015 when I’m just 4 years old I’m very weak and skinny, they used to tease me as a gay because I am lousy. Anyway because of the imagination of a child I used to watch it in our cousins house every day since we don’t have our own Television to satisfy my daily dose of cartoon (anime), my imagination of being one of the character.

I can’t remember any of the character’s names but I remembered the story, the best part for me per episode is when the five pilots pushes the button and shout “lets volt in” then a heroic music appears while the five vehicle are transforming into one big robot. Voltes V has a various weapons the laser sword, laser bear, electromagnetic top (spin top), etc.

This anime is not only about action it also contains romance and drama but as a child back then I didn’t appreciate the romance and drama.

I remember how my imagination and watching Voltes V drive me crazy, I use to mimic the pilot cockpit with bunch of pillows and uses my voice as the sound effect. I pretend pushing some buttons, destroying monster, and controlling a robot. You missed the half of your life if you didn’t try that in your childhood days. Such a wonderful memories.

I, my older brother, and my cousins wait it every afternoon. I have three cousins two boys and one girl. Same as the pilots of the voltes 5 . “ako yung blue! Hindi ako yun! Hindi ikaw nalang yung red!” that’s our topic when there’s a commercial, but when it is back to the show again we are very entertained that we didn’t speak any word or make any noises.“may ganon kaya sa totoong buhay? Kung wala, magkakaroon ba nun sa future” that’s the question in my after watching the said show. For me it is always “bitin”.

But since all the happiness in the world ends, the Voltes V suddenly change something into a corny drama. I feel sad about it.

Now I realize the benefit of that anime in my life, and that is “even how big your problem is, you can solve it not because you have yourself, because you have family and friends.

I have a plan to re-watch it in this semester break but the dubbing of the Filipino sucks, I didn’t notice it back when I was young, but now a find kind of cringe and I feel the lack of emotion in the voice.

I wish that they aired Voltes V again for the younger generation to teach them how to imagine and work as a team. Not dramas about un-loyal partner and stuff, they are brainwashing the children and I see children that commit in a relationship because of that. For me a children reflect the action of what they see.

I consider myself lucky to watch and appreciate that kind of show. They say you are old when you are comparing your generation in the new generation

Exactly 6:21 in this evening I go in the internet shop to do a blog about anything, I thought it will be easy, but I end up doing three blogs, with different introductions about different things but I have problems in explaining the ideas so it end up in mess and failure, then I browse the blogs of my classmates and I don’t know what to say. They really do their blog well; some of them talk about themselves, about their favorite anime or movies, about their trip in different location, and about their talents. I am little bit jealous because I can’t do mine. They have one topic that they express and explain very well not like mine. I ask for my friend to give me an idea and he answered me “ano ba interesting sayo?” then it suddenly hits me and I ask myself why can’t I do a simple blog with one topic that has ending and not an introduction only? I keep asking myself what are my interests? Well I’m interested about science fiction movies, love story, and true to life movies. That’s the time I came up to an idea that I will do my blog by reviewing the movies that I’ve watched, and I list all the good movies that I’ve watched.

“How about 500 days of summer?” I asked myself but it’s too sad and I don’t like the way that the girl didn’t clarify why he left the boy, it reminds me about how life is being unfair to me, so I feel sadness

.

And I look for the other movies that I’ve watched, then I remember “the wolf of wall street” is great but I don’t get the ending and I don’t know what is the moral story in that movie, but it reminds me to do everything to be rich and I will not waste my life in drugs like the protagonist in the said movie.

How about “pacific rims” it’s awesome and cool, but it is basically about the war between human with giant robots  suit that they call “jaegers” and some bunch of monster that they call “kaijus” and yet no moral story beside in don’t give up.

“Hmmm what about I review some anime that I watched”, I keep talking to myself, oh 7 deadly sins is good but I still didn’t watch the second season so I can’t conclude the lesson of that anime anyway.

What if I review “Tokyo ghoul” but it’s all about violence and some bunch of weirdness so I can’t make a review of them if they don’t have moral lesson.

Well I forfeited because I don’t think I can’t make a blog, because I don’t have any idea on making one. Then I’m thinking in what the goal in making a good blog is? and what is my goal to create this blog?

That where I solved my problem. What if I’ll create a blog of how I make this blog, sounds crazy right? but I think it’s going to be effective. So I came up in the title “how to make blog for dummies like me” cause I’m a dummy and I don’t know how to make blog hehehe. And my goal is to make this blog consist of 800 words.

Well I forfeited because I don’t think I can’t make a blog, because I don’t have any idea on making one. Then I’m thinking in what the goal in making a good blog is? and what is my goal to create this blog?

I’m doing well in the introduction, but I’m running out of time in making this blog. Because its only 30 mins. left and I still don’t reach my goal, and that is not the only problem Im facing right now since I rented this computer about 4 hours ago and im very hungry, but I must to this in able to get home and eat

 

Then I finally make a blog consist of 616 words, just a few words to my goal.

 

Then I concluded that doing a writer of a blog is hard, how you can possibly say a lot in just one topic, how can you describe and explain further, while talking in only one topic.

 

 

I guess I will practice more in writing and composing a blog and if the time that can stay in one topic.

 

And that’s it this is how you make a blog out of nothing, about how lack of idea affect the whole story.
